Refund policy

We do not refund homemade products. As they are made to order. However, if something is damaged during shipping, we will make it right. We will provide another item at no cost, or you will receive shop credit.

In a case where Pre-Orders do not come in time, or they are Out of stock at the time of ordering. I will then submit a refund.
